- 3 medium zuccjinis
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 340°F and a baking sheet with oil.
- Slice the zucchinis into thin chips.
- Place the sliced zucchini onto the oiled sheet and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 15 min or until golden brown.
- Broil for 3-5 minutes or until crispy.
