Ingredients

  • 3 medium zuccjinis
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 340°F and a baking sheet with oil.

  • Slice the zucchinis into thin chips.

  • Place the sliced zucchini onto the oiled sheet and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.



  • Bake for 15 min or until golden brown.

  • Broil for 3-5 minutes or until crispy.
