What does that exactly mean, and who does it matter to the most. If you’re a healthy go getting 25 year old do you even care. But pose the same question to someone in their 50’s and it becomes a hot topic. Ask a hundred people and they’ll all come up with a 100 different interpretations of an anti aging lifestyle. Using the latest hi tech anti wrinkle cream that comes from a just discovered berry deep in the Amazon Basin, or running 10 k’s every night after work. 50 is now the new 30.
We are an aging population, and “Boomers” are a hot demographic. Businesses spring up quicker than weeds catering to their every need and want, and anti aging in all its guises is a top contender. We should all strive to live an anti aging lifestyle but if you’re staring down the barrel of 50 the time is NOW. Maybe you just need to make a few tweaks, or maybe a complete overhaul . We all know what has to change or improve in our own life.
We’re all vain creatures at heart, and I mean that in the nicest way. No one wants wrinkled sagging skin, or a overweight struggling body . But perhaps there is an even more important aspect that needs to be addressed first and that is our life/ balance. So what does that exactly mean? Everyone is individual and we all have to work out our own interpretation but in its broadest sense, the balance between work/play stress/happiness health/ sickness

We all intuitively know when and where our lifestyles are out of balance, so take the time to sit with pen and paper, let the “inner you” speak and map out what you can do NOW to improve this balance. Look at your “map” daily, make small adjustments to your lifestyle, get professional help if you need it.
You know what to do if your job stinks, or you can’t remember the last time you went on a family outing. Most people won’t attempt to dig themselves out of a rut because of the big M word Money.
They can’t afford to go to night school to pursue their dream career, they can’t afford to retire. Don’t equate everything to money. Remember over time happiness always outranks money – ask any unhappy millionaire.
