The Benefits of Using Apple Cider Vinegar Every Day
Apple cider vinegar is a staple in my pantry. I discovered the healing properties of this amber liquid several years ago and I now have a “shot” twice daily. I’ve recommended apple cider vinegar to many family and friends who are using it in a myriad of different ways. One friend even used it to relieve her sunburn after she fell asleep in the garden (Australian sun!!!) And it worked.
