The simplicity of this intermittent fasting plan is so easy to fit into a busy lifestyle. Basically you fast on two non consecutive days 500 calories for women, 600 for men and the rest of the time you eat your normal diet.

After watching the Horizon program, like me most people realized its not all about dropping weight. The other health benefits from fasting are incredible.  According to Mosley our bodies go into repair mode when we’re on a fast.
